What was most invigorating about producing this spot with DDB/San Francisco and Brita, was the amazing work ethic and focus Stephen Curry demonstrated on set. Let’s face it, we’re used to working with athletes and celebs for a finite amount of time, but when we instructed the crew that no cell phones and no profanity would be tolerated on set it was a welcome relief. We had Steph for one day and we were a ballet of technicians moving seamlessly in and out of set ups with a decisive director, agency and client all extremely focused. And the mere fact that someone of Curry’s stature, talent and influence is promoting people to drink more water makes us so incredibly proud to be part of this production, this message.
